Excellent service, excellent customer service. all documentation and paperwork was pre-planned and correct. I plan on using company for all my real estate needs personal and commercial.

I was very disappointed in Wendell Johnston. After a one hour meeting he accepted a retainer. When it was determined I was not going forward, he tells me my retainer was used up. So, he basically charged me $1,000 an hour. He claims he made a phone call (left message) and sent one email. Very expensive and not knowledgeable on probate procedure. Felt he made up charges so as not to refund the retainer balance.
