Bryce handled my legal issue with professionalism and expertise. I could not be happier with the outcome of the situation I was in. They run a first class operation and recommend anyone seeking legal advice to call Joiner Law Firm and have them represent you. Trust me you will not regret it ! Honestly the best phone call I ever made!
They are very professional and have been working hard to get the best outcome for my case! I really appreciate the helpful advice and dedication that they have shown me thus far! I recommend you give them a call!
Joiner Law office is the place to go. The office has a friendly atmosphere you won’t find anywhere else and Bryce Joiner makes the legal process unbelievably smooth.
My attorney was "I am better than my mother" Bryce Joiner, and my experience with this law firm was less than stellar. Considering that my dui had been nearly twenty years apart from my last, I felt that a better plea deal could and should have been pushed for and reached. I ended up losing my vehicle without contest, had to repeat "treatment" classes twice because the attorney would not help with obtaining proof of completion of the program from my first (covered by my insurance) treatment provider, had to have a baiid device installed twice even though I was told that the first time around with it satisfied my requirements with it which was not true as it is apparently required during both the suspension and revocation periods, was told that if I pushed to take the case to trial I would have to pay all costs which was apparently not true, and the cherry on top was their secretary, Shelly, who couldn't have been more needlessly condescending during conversations....."and there are plenty more costs coming down the pipeline for you", as though she enjoyed someone else's misfortune. There are times when attorneys are a necessary evil, but choose a firm that at least behaves as though they are on your side and not the prosecution's side and who fights for a better deal for you. If this firm is, according to local courthouse crowd opinion, the best Edwardsville has to offer, then clients will suffer more than they should.
Barbara is an Amazing attorney. Shelley is equally fabulous. From day one the law firm instilled total confidence that my case would be handled with devoted and professional personal attention. And it was. They did everything they committed to do, and more. Communciation was excellent. Ensuring I was prepared, and setting honest and clear expectations was always provided. I never felt as though I was being treated as "transactional business". Quite the opposite actually. I was really made to feel as though Barbara, Shelley, and Joiner Law CARED about me as a person, and was deeply vested in the successful conclusion of my case. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM
