I have used this firm more than once and everything has gone smoothly and professionally. Both Mr. Koschie and his assistant are easy to work with and handle all the headaches that go along with real estate deals so you don't have to. I honestly don't understand the negative comments listed and would point out that they are from several years ago. I would recommend highly.

Used Mr. Koschei in a recent purchase of a home in Walden, NY (short sale). He was extremely easy to get a hold of, responsive, and knowledgeable. He explained our contract to us in laymen's terms, and was reasonably priced. Overall a pleasant experience. The Paralegalwas extremely nice and helpful as well.

Had a terrible experience with this company. Too numerous to go into details, but I don't recommend. You pretty much deal with his paralegal not him and I had plenty of issues with her. All worked out in the end, but I would never use him again.

Absolute hack. Never responded to literally dozens of emails and calls after engagement. Unresponsiveness literally led to losing a land deal and a down-payment on a property. Will be considering recourse against the firm. Stay away.
