I called and described my issue briefly, was scheduled an appointment to talk with Matthew 2 days later. No call, no show....stood me up. I receive an email two days after from the paralegal saying "showed photos to Matt "and he suggested another law firm.... said they were too busy. How about telling me that before you waste a week of my time? Seems that my case wasn't worth their trouble. However, how can I describe at length all of a complicated issue to a paralegal that is just setting the appointment? It's obvious the pictures I sent were just for discussion and there was a much larger portion that I wanted to discuss with the attorney. I do not recommend, at minimum this business has poor communication

Matthew is the absolute best attorney we have ever worked with, period! From day one Matthew took the time to help us understand the process that we were embarking on. Was patient with all my questions and gave us a voice in the process. His courtroom demeaner was a joy to watch, his questioning of the defendant was specific, direct and got us the answers we needed to win our case. When the Defendents tried to negotiate with us to achieve a lesser settlement he was relentless with opposing counsel never wavering from what our instructions were and wore down the defendant until we achieved the objective we were looking for. On the personal side, he is a fun guy to be around and how can you not love an attorney who walks around his office in shorts and socks. What you see is what you get, a down home, honest and personable attorney. I offer my highest recommendation!

By far in my opinion one of the most unprepared Lawyers in North Georgia. He does not do the Work and Bills the heck out of you. All he wants to do is Bill,Bill,Bill. He could care less about you as a client...He is not even that good of a Lawyer. He is Late with his work filings and will loose your case because of it. Use another Lawyer. He will also charge for hours he never performs. Save yourself the time and money. Don't use him.

Matt is an excellent attorney. We have worked with him many times and highly recommend him. We have also had several clients who have worked with him and have been very satisfied.
