Hands-down the most disappointing group of attorneys in Western North Carolina. The paralegal is so old and decrepit she tells you 14 different things to do, and then emails you the next day telling you it’s all incorrect information. And acts like you did something wrong. They seem to go on a two week vacation every other week so good luck getting a hold of them! Please paralegal do your community a service and just retire! They have turned a six month standard practice situation into a year and a half ongoing debacle! They have given us more wrong information than right! I’ve had to contact other attorneys in the area and do my own legal research! Biggest regret is hiring this firm. They are incompetent, extremely lazy and do not give a care in the world about your legal issues.
