I have been with Kempe for 20 years he has always been there and has always been helpful
Not impressed. Explained everything that we needed, was told that at the most it would be xx amount of money and when the final bill came it was almost double what I was originally told. The original person I was in contact with left the firm. We were not told it account was going to someone else and emails started going to spam. I also emailed questions about the documents received and never heard back from anyone.
Was hung up on multiple times by the front desk. Very unnecessary and unprofessional.
What a terrible experience or should I say no experience at all. I called Mrs. Poncy's office June 14th and left a brief message for Mrs. Poncy. She very quickly call me back on the next Monday ( June 17th) and left me a very nice message and asked me to call her back to discuss my Wife's situation. Since then I have called at least 1 time a week ( trying not to be a pest) to contact her office and never got a call back. I called today and finally got her assistant Dawn on the phone. She immediately stated that Mrs. Poncy called me and told me that they were not interested in my case. I never physically talked with Mrs. Poncy. So how could she even know if they would like to take the case? I really think it is very un professional to not return phone calls for a month and then have an assistant be very rude on the phone to you. Would never recommend this firm to anyone.
