Overall, Morgan and Morgan have been a good Law firm with very knowledgeable and professional staff. Last 2 months I had a great interaction in which the Lawyer and caseworker both explained to me step by step how they were working my case that reassured me and lessened anxiety. I was blown away by how productive they were. From start to finish, they were on it. And I appreciate how thorough the law staff were. Not good enough for me. I have to reach out myself to be updated on my case. Just not a good feeling overall. Very respectful and somewhat professional but can be improved. If the person over my case reached out more, even something as little as seeing if I’m alright or giving me a update or even “hey we’re just waiting for results or whatever it is” I’d be fine with that too. Communicating what’s goin on and being in tune with clients is important as well.

I was given a short amount of time to make a decision about a small offer. I was told that It was a good deal and i would not get a better one but this was the first deal, would not even cover my medical bills and did not take my time off from work and lose of pay into consideration. I have had 6 Different people tell me they are in charge of my case. I can never get a call back. Once I do get a call back it is from somebody different that has just gotten my case and does not know the details of my case therefore we have to start from square one with details. I do not feel like I have been treated fairly.

When I’m speaking with him I’m filing very strong the presen of GOD . I love JESUS LORD.
