Joseph R Preston Attorney At LAW

Having more than 35 year's experience, Mr. Preston still managed to do a piss-poor job handling my case. Didn't follow through basic requirements representing me and wasted my time by failing to file the necessary motions for months after saying he would do it "next week". My opinion is that if you have a simple filing he is cheap and cheap works because he will get your job done fast (IMO - probably so he can collect the check). But if your case requires effort, then he is a great liawyer. *Note: Mr Preston is thinking of retiring but still has cases pending. So he is considering getting a new lawyer to take over those cases. I wonder which attorney would risk undertaking Mr. Preston's caseload of shoddy representation.

Long time family friend, I assumed I would be in good hands. But Joe seemed very sketchy, he didn't even calculate anything or give me a estimate date. Feel like he wants to take advantage of me cause of my age.. don't want him to represent me and now he's not answering my phone calls I don't know what's going on..

He is a great lawyer he has been in business for a long time and he is a very good lawyer there are bad reviews here that aren't true about him he doesn't sugar coat anything he is a very good person always has your best in intrest he works very hard at what he does as a lawyer you could always rely on him he is cheaper then other lawyers and if he can't get something done he will refer you to who can help you he will not take a case that he knows that he can't do what's good about him is that he is there to help and not take your money he also listens to you and then he finds a solution HE IS A VERY AWESOME HUMAN AND LAWYER very respectful would advise for anybody to go to him he knows exactly what he is doing

Mr Preston handled my brother's estate very professionally and at a very good rate , considering all the work that had to be done.

After 5 years, we went to another lawyer with better attention and detailed work. Best save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
