My experience with Joseph was great. He always had an answer for me, even for the smallest questions, and was always quick to answer them. Not only was he professional, but overall a very kind person that cares about his clients and takes his work seriously and isn't just about the money. His prices were reasonable, especially for the insane amount of work on my case and his paralegal Madison is amazing. Madison really knows how to make people feel welcome and validated but is also quick to get things done and return calls. They fought hard and long for me (my stuff took years) and never once did I feel like I wasn't a priority. I'm not very educated in how the law works, and they never once made me feel stupid for asking questions that may be common sense to others and showed a great amount of patience and compassion for my situation and me as a whole person. Joseph took the time to explain things and give me reassurance that things were going to be okay. I really felt listened to and respected and the fears and concerns I had were taken seriously and addressed. The services I received was nothing short of exceptional. If I ever need any other legal assistance, this is the place I'll be going. Thank you Joseph and Madison!

Please do not use Mr. Scott I had to use his services last year (2023) for something that I thought I would never had happen he was rude, talked aggressively when you asked for a question, and I ended up termainting him because of what he said (I’ll do the best I can)??? I hired you for a reason sir and that’s not the reason. His confindence is mediocre at best. I gave him extra money for service I thought he would provide but didn’t, again stay away from Jopesh Scott!
