I hired Matt Jackson in April of 2023 after a fall at work that resulted in a cervical fusion among other things. I work in the medical field and said I would never do 2 things. That’s have neck surgery or file a workman’s compensation claim. I did both in a matter of days. To say I was nervous is an understatement. I didn’t feel comfortable getting an attorney because in my mind, it wasn’t my employers fault I fell. Being that I was so nervous, I couldn’t have been in better hands. Mr. Jackson and Deana were the perfect team for me. Once I started working with them my nerves almost went completely away and I was encouraged that I was doing the best thing for myself. Deana takes care of anything and everything in a timely manner and is very easy to talk too. Mr. Jackson was the calm to my storm, lol. When we went to mediation, I was super impressed at how calm and in control he was while also having compassion for my situation and getting the best possible outcome. I watch him, I know he got the best! I think he treated me the same he would have a family member. I don’t know the other lawyers in the firm but I know I found the one I would use over and over again!
