Chase had promo offering $600 if I opened a checking and savings account. After receiving only $200 I called to ask what happened to the other $400. After being put on a long hold three times Ann Cruz told me I didn't qualify because one of my direct deposits was a transfer. Why would that matter. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said no. I closed the accounts and moved my money back to Huntington bank who offered a similar deal and honored it.
I got a mortgage loan with them and they guy that was doing my account set up told me that if i set up autopay with them for my mortgage i would get back $500 and I never received it. I called to speak to someone about it and they pretend that no one ever told me that. I called them again and they said they would give me a call after they work on it and still no answer. Its been a year now. I will never get another loan with them again!!!!! They can forget about it next time. Very disappointed.
There was no possible better fit for me to have the greatest luck to j spent my career working for an extremely important firm who valued me as much as I valued them . Chase, unlike most all other mega-firms gave recognition to the employees who truly dedicated themselves to the betterment of the bank via good, smart (not hard work) , innovative, creative employees. This was cause for an extremely comfortable, satisfying experience in which to work. My heartfelt gratitude to JPM Chase for the creation of the best possible relationship between employee and employer.
