JPMorgan Chase & Co.

I was going to switch my business accounts and personal accounts over to Chase. But then their employee Naveen, (Client Service Associate) started leaving bad google reviews on my small business…a local Fitness Studio. This is because I had to fire an employee, and he threw a tantrum and refused to even give anyone else a chance. (He was a client at my location). He then, over December, messaged the studio to “F off” and called me a “C*nt”. All employees can see this, which is a highly inappropriate message and it’s unacceptable behavior from an adult. Pics are below. I also just switched to the Chase Sapphire Preferred card, but will most likely go back to my AMEX Platinum.

According to a report by the Christian Post, an American, non-partisan faith-based organization recently had its account closed by Chase Bank with no explanation. National Committee for Religious Freedom (NCRF), which was started by the America’s former ambassador for religious freedom Sam Brownback, had opened their bank account at Chase in April. However, on May 6th, when a member of the committee tried to deposit some money into the organization’s account, he was told it was closed. The Chase employee could provide no reason for the closure other than stating it was made at the corporate level. NCRF Executive Director, Justin Murf, alleges that Chase’s decision to close the account may have been politically motivated.

This place is beyond AWESOME! The views and the layout is cutting edge! The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting, fresh and brand spanking New! There are Reflection rooms/ meditation rooms. Quiet spaces and open air meeting areas that encourage togetherness. 1 of the best workplaces I've seen in Texas...so far!

I was about to move so I opened a Chase account in Texas because there was also Chase up north. Worst banking experience of my life. Opened the account and once I funded the account, Chase closed the account and 3 weeks later still has not returned my money. I call and no one knows anything or can explain anything to me. This is ridiculous.

Very racist company I've been having problems with them every since I have a bank account I can't get direct deposit early like all other banks and institutions do and I can't get a loan and my money in they bank. Wow
