If I could give ZERO stars ?? I would first of all. Seller of a business transaction picked this firm to be escrow agent for the deal. My bank that was doing the loan to buy the business refused to deal with this firm and I thought it was odd but now understand. The deal fell through due to sellers breach of contract and this firm was given the terminated. This firm refuses to use technology apparently and has to physically go to the bank to send wires. Seeing as how it was in their area I was trying to help them out and told them just to write a check and I would pick it up. They refused saying they were too busy. Not sure how one can be too busy to write a check as it takes less than a minute. They would call when the check would be ready though. So because now it’s inconvenient for me to get a check as I won’t be in their area for a number of days I informed them that the wire would be required. This firm drug their feet and refuses to send the wire. Stay away from them. Now after speaking with my bank do I know why the bank was going to make me wire the equity injection to a third party and not this firm even though they were escrow agent seller chose. Lazy and unprofessional. I will be filing complaint not only with the BBB but also with FL BAR due to the delay with the escrow funds being sent back in a timely fashion.

Judit was excellent in handling my case. She was timely in her responses and her fee was very reasonable. I highly would recommend her for any of your legal matters.

She will con you out of your security deposit she will lie to you. Because of Floridas laws on rental properties she will wait until you pay rent and the put a family of 6 in the street. Do not trust her she is a professional con artist.
