Mary and Kaye were an amazing duo with regards to helping me finalize my family trust. Being a trustee and dealing with a dying parent was a very difficult experience for me. There were a great deal of obstacles facing me with the family trust due to circumstances out of my control. Just a heads up if you decide to use this law firm .Mary Burski will sell you that everything will be fine .You will never hear from her again .It will be her staff that attempts to handle everything . 5000 dollars,later and Medicade approves a much lower amount and you are stuck paying the difference . Don't waste your money .The nursing home can apply for Medicade and get the same outcome.
