My experience with this practice was not the best, all my paperwork had not been filled out properly when my case was ending so it slowed the process down. I had a bill with this office and have asked multiple times how to make a payment with zero response on how to because I can never make it to the office on time. Jason sent my bill to collections without contacting me via phone/ mail/ or even email so when the collection agency spoke with me on the phone she read off an address that I have not lived at for 2.5 years!!! and said that its "not their job to track me down" , but again there was not a single phone call from the office. I have no problem paying him off for his time, but the way things were handled is absurd, and makes me think he is in it for the money only and not to help people. Since then I have found somebody who has much better communication.

I am very upset at this practice. I called last week to get information and to hire an attorney for family law/custody case. My first call was on a Monday. The receptionist took my name and number said he would give me a call that day or the next. I did not get a call back. So I called Wednesday and no answer left a message. I called 3x that day but only 1 message. The receptionist called me back that day and apologized for not getting a return call. She stated he was handling another case that took him to Detroit and An Arbor and that she would sen him another message to call me. as of Saturday I have not received a return call. I am currently looking for another attorney in the Monroe area.
