We enlisted the services of Kanner & Pintaluga to help with a claim with our insurance company after we had roof damage from the last hurricane. They were the liaison between the roofing company and insurance. We were assigned Richard Leonardis as our contact person and he kept us informed as we progressed. At one point we received a check via their office from the insurance company and Richard called to let us know that he had negotiated a lower price with the roofers and was still in communication with the insurance. We honestly didn’t expect to receive any more money and we were not going sue for more. Much to our surprise we received another phone call from Richard to let us know the insurance company would be paying almost twice as much as originally agreed and we would only be responsible for our deductible. Great news! Thanks for going above and beyond.
We unfortunately, had to litigate against our insurance company for a roof claim that they refused to pay. We were lucky enough to find Mr. Jared Davis at Kanner & Pintaluga. He handled our claim with class and brought a humanizing approach to the lawsuit. He helped us through every step and made us feel very comfortable with our decision. It’s not every day that you can recommend an attorney for the way that they take care of their clients but I strongly recommend Jared Davis if anyone needs help in the future.
With the experience I had with this firm and with Lauren Seymour, I was able to be at peace with the situation I was in. Mrs.Seymour kept me in the loop with the process of the case.
