I have worked with Kantrowitz, Goldhammer & Graifman since my business opened in November 2000. Words can't describe the trust I have whenever i call them. It doesn't matter how little or how large the situation is they resolve it for me quickly and fairly. I depend on them for many business issues that come up but also for personal as well. There has been a class action lawsuit against BMW since 2020 for a factory defect ( drive train malfunction). My car had the exact problem in 2019. The repairs cost me upwards of $3000. And despite fulfilling all the criteria, turning in all the supporting documents for a legitimate reimbursement, BMW vehemently kept denying it for no valid reason. The issue stretched for 3 years and I gave up. One fine day, I received an email from this law firm stating that the issue isn't over yet. Liz Moccia in particular was very helpful in taking my cause forward. And ultimately, she was successful in getting me the reimbursement. I really appreciate her time and effort into this.
