Kastl Law Office

Let me tell you about Kastl Law, Mrs. Kastl is representing me in a car accident and she is a bull dog! She will not allow you to be walked over, nor will she let anything slide with the opposing side. However, the staff have been a nightmare to work with. I so wanted to give 5 stars due to Mrs. Kastl's heart and performance alone, but I cannot. The young lady at the front desk answers the phone in a way that says "I hate my job, and you, so much I'm trying to make a statement about it!" Getting your phone call returned is highly unlikely unless you harass the case worker. Jamie is my case worker, she makes decisions on your case without asking you about it, doe's not even try to pretend, like she is attempting, to keep you up to date, or get anything accomplished on your case. It really seems as though, to the case workers, that the easy way out of having to get anything taken care of, is to simply just not address it at all! I'm so frustrated. It's been 2 years working with them and still, currently am and I feel extremely unimportant and honestly as though I am nothing more then in the way here now.

Kasl Law was referred to me by a friend (who now is not happy with them either). Jamie is the person who had been responsible for my case since it's been opened (Aug. 2017). I can count on one hand how many times I have had any communication with Jami about what's going on with my case. When I last spoke with her I was told that I didn't need to contact her anymore because we were now in negotiations and I was to speak with someone else...That was over 2 months ago and I still have not heard ANYTHING about what's going on with my case!!! I feel as if I'm a nuisance to them! The lady that answers the phone sounds annoyed that I called and interrupted here day or something. I'm frustrated with not knowing anything and feeling as if I'm being bothersome when I try to find out. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend them to friends or relatives in similar situations.

Kristi and her team made a very horrible experience as relaxed as possible. She helped me to find a resolution to every question I had but also added a very personal touch. I was awarded more than I ever thought I would be able to get. I am grateful and would highly recommend her services.
