I’ve consulted with Ben Maxell several times regarding my divorce. He always made the time to promptly meet with me. He was clear, concise and honest about the best course of action I could take, and I am happy to say, I have not had to revisit the courts.
Jerry Katskee cost me my case by leaving out witnesses and not doing his due dilligence as my attorney. He had me go to his friend who is a chiropractor to rack up more expenses to try to get more money from an accident settlement. Then, after losing the case, he took me to small claims court for almost $3,000, which I never was served for, but that's another story. If you are looking for a good, honest attorney, keep looking, you won't find one here.
