Mr Keates went far beyond any expectations I had. He got 10+ warrants and tickets I had taken care of, either dismissed or lowered to a small fine while getting my occupational license. I have used Mr Keates twice now, he is very good at his job. He kept up with me and let me know exactly what was going on the entire time. He made sure I knew everything about my situation and what was happening. That's what I really loved about his service is the simple fact he kept me in the loop. he was very polite and very timely in my case. ( I didn't have to wait very long in either of the 2 cases.) He was on time and when he said a date that he was going to do something he did it and rarely had to push any dates back and he comes very prepared.
