Boy where do we start, first off completely lazy and unprofessional. Not to mention undedicated to actually helping people and would rather tell his clients to give up or turn over and delegate responsibilities to another attorney. Rude and uncaring for clients. Typically late and unorganized. Fails to properly research details of the case, laws, by-laws and statues related to case. Retention fee is far too high for quality of work received, I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in services provided. Not too mention case was still lost and I still had to pay regardless of the outcome. Was told to "Not Worry, I'll take care of everything" and yet I was concerned the whole time and felt as if I was out on the bottom of the priority list. DO NOT USE THESE LEGAL SERVICES LACKLUSTER BUSINESS PRACTICE AND SHADY CONMAN AT MOST!

Super unprofessional. Not only was he helping the other party, but he would also engage in nasty language. I would highly suggest no one do business here unless THEY'RE TRYING TO LOSE. Seriously, do not give any them any money; you won't see a dime of it back. And if you think anything I've said is too mean or hurtful, then trust me when I say this is only a fraction of the disrespect me and my family received.

Russ has helped me and my family for over the past 25 years . Working together we have always came out on the positive . Russ is a very good attorney don't let his dry sense of hummer fool you he is very smart . Kim is great she runs that office like she owns it .

A very small minded individual, not educated whatsoever, will take your money and run, will fight to make sure the other guy wins, you can tell from his looks that he is a shister, the devil in the flesh, so yes your better off with some junky off the street they know more about law then this man ever will, RUN RUN RUN as fast you can get far away from this man! This man has definitely represented me and all these other people, can't trust this man as far as you could throw him, go thru the comments and see for your self, this man took the time to say he ain't representing all these people lmao, you don't just get a bad rating for nothing, you gotta work hard for that, which this man Russ Keep does keeps that money and keeps you from winning, the nake says it all

The worst Lawyer i ever met he literally was working with the opposing side, he never allowed me to do a deposition he never submitted my evidence into Family court he just kept asking me for money he’s very rude he does not care about anybody. And he refused to give me my file after I fired him I still haven’t received my file. He scheduled my hearing and made moves on my behalf without my consent. I went to court for joint custody he changed it to visitation behind my back without my consent But I have filed paperwork with the proper authorities. My biggest mistake is I didn’t read the reviews before hiring him if you’re reading this stay away from this man??
