So, I have just started the process and am having a hard time getting information I have called several times so I decided to look at the reviews and now I understand why I am having a hard time getting information sent, faxed or emailed I have not been rude to anyone so I have told go by The review's also they are not BBB approved. All I'm asking for is the release of information to get license reinstated

This office is very, very rude. They all answer questions like they are short of patience. If you do not want to be at work then you should just quit. It is not necessary for you to always be nasty acting. I called and I was transferred to a woman named Shannon. She apparently thinks she’s too good to return phone calls because you have to call a million times (she finally called back ONCE out of all of the times I have called) There’s also always some black girl who answers the phone and answers your questions as if you’re stupid and should already know the answer. (I know she’s black because some black people tend to get smarty when they feel they have a position of some sort). I had to talk to 3 different people just to know if my fax was received. The black girl was one of them. She asked me for my name, not my file number otherwise I would’ve had it ready. I asked her to give me a minute to get it and she said “hello, did you want to call back in with that information because I can’t just hold the phone” My question is, what are you being so nasty acting for? She acted like I had her waiting for several minutes but I didn’t. Needless to say I just hung the phone up on her. I had to call back in just to give my file number and ask the SAME question that was never answered in the first call. Some woman answered the phone like she was short of patience as if I was wasting her precious time. She was very nasty acting as well. This is literally the worst crew of people I have ever encountered. They are very despicable and rude. I understand it’s not you so you do not care but you never know what position you will find yourself in. If it takes all of that for you to work then maybe you’re paying just a little too much.

I was hospitalized for 2 months. During this time i was unable to continue making my payments. The recovery team suspended my license to drive according to the contract. No sympathy for me being in the hospital. I understand that's not in their job description but you would think that they would at least try and work with me so I can continue paying this debt down. From what I do understand it's their job to recover debts owed. How efficient is that? I give them only two stars for customer relationships but zero for efficiency on my behalf.

This place is a joke. Rude staff. Recovery department is a complete joke. Suspending licenses out of error and refuse to answer or return calls. You know who you are Cheryl. Maybe Return phone calls. They make up rules as they go along, real professional hanging up on people. Staff is comparable to dealing with grumpy toddlers who are miserable. How embarrassing for the company. Wow.

This place is unbelievable, truly. I spoke to Erin over a month ago about setting up payments to get my license reinstated. They’re set up, paid the $1000 down payment fee. Was told to “give it a couple of weeks to update on the BMV system” and then I could pay my reinstatement fee, get my SR 22 set up and be able to drive while making the payments. Literally a LIE. I just came back from deployment and tried to come onto base and received a violation because there was NO paperwork submitted by this firm stating anything like that. I’ve been trying to get in contact for 3 weeks and no return calls, NOTHING.
