I hired Tad Hoover to look into a traffic ticket I recently received. He was not only professional and prompt with answering questions, but he was also able to get an outstanding result for me. Way above my expectations! I would recommend him to anyone!

Look anywhere else unless you want to waste time, money, and your energy. I was charged a retainer fee of $3,500 initially the Hoover Kacyon office to start my case, along with another $2,500 for another case as well. Initially, Jordan Knabb started my case and inspired confidence and made me feel like I was in good hands. After 3 weeks of no contact and several emails to Jordan, I called the office to find out where my file was at and found that Jordan had accepted a job as a prosecutor and that nobody had bothered to reach out and keep me updated. I was then put with Tad Hoover, who was a managing partner, and told me he would handle my entire case and keep in contact. Throughout the process, I have left multiple messages and had the office put me on the books for him to call me on at least 4 separate occasions. After calling his cell phone and their office 3 separate days in the same week after he had missed our appointments for him to call me, I had found out that he had lost yet another motion that he told me he was extremely confident in. As bad as that was, he ignored me for 4 days before having someone else from their office call to deliver the bad news. I am now finding new representation due to the fact either Tad has been lying to me about my case, or simply does not know what he is doing but I have now already spent $6,000 and have to spend more money to find someone who will actually help. It has been 2 weeks of trying to get my files from their office with them telling me “it will be ready early next week” and then coming up with excuses for delays and not taking my phone calls. I cannot express how strongly I DO NOT RECOMMEND working with this office as they are unorganized and have no concept of customer service. It has been by far the worst service I have ever had for anything, which is absolutely ridiculous considering the fact I had already paid for the service. I am disappointed I didn’t read other reviews of the terrible service that Tad Hoover had provided to previous clients as it looks like ALL negative reviews are in reference to him specifically. I truly hope that others will read this review and look elsewhere before paying any money to them and then being left in the same situation as I am.

Attorney Joseph Kacyon is amazing. He was very thorough on representing my case. His knowledge and professional attitude makes this law firm a winner. When you need help, Attorney Joe Kacyon is the one to call. I highly recommend him.

Joe Kacyon is the BEST attorney that truly has a heart of gold on the other side of that coin, hes a pit bull in the courtroom!! He fought for me, and I never had to worry about anything. If I could I would give him 10 stars!!

I literally cannot say enough good things about this law firm. Joe and Andrew are simply fantastic to work with. They truly have went above and beyond my expectations. There is no doubt in my mind that they had my best interest in mind 100% of the time! I certainly will be referring business to them for anyone that I know that needs a lawyer.
