I did recently get a check for the exact amount of my filing fee though; guess they couldn't legally keep that. Please pick a firm that has more personalized care and doesn't bounce you from one overworked paralegal to the other.

Please stay far away from this company! After 3 years, our lawyer Toyna L.Young disappeared without a trace. Our paperwork was never filed properly through the court. A complete waste of time and money. Contacted Lawyer ASAP and they only refunded me half of my money. No explanation or apology, how professional. Listen and learn from all these reviews.

Englett is a crook. He figured by changing his name, and moving from downtown Orlando, people would forget who he was - NOPE! Was advised to join the class action lawsuit against him where we will be taking our $6,000+ paid out to him, plus interest. We've already sent his company a certified bill, and they have 30 days to respond or make the payment in full. If not, the amount will be forward to a collections agency for enforcement, and his company's credit rating will be affected. This is sweet justice.

Formerly KEL, still a horrible firm. The have a neglectful office manager Mr Collier, and the office associates play phone tag with you and waste your time. Still waiting on my refund since April 2018. I'm in the process of reaching out to the fl. Bar.
