Throughout the last 4 days, I watched Attorney Thomas Kelley prove my boyfriend, Dalton Vega, NOT GUILTY in a jury trial.  I am so grateful that we had Attorney Kelley on our side.  Without his expertise, my boyfriend may have been wrongfully convicted of crimes he did not commit.  I highly recommend his services to whoever is in need of a real attorney for the people.  Thank you!

As of yesterday, I was ACQUITTED ON ALL CHARGES relating to my case because of the work ethic and care that Attorney Kelley and his paralegal Kathy McCarver provided. I hired Tom in April of this year to represent me on several legal matters and it was a catastrophe trying to deal with him. While he was decently responsive to messages, he had a tendency to be extremely rude and condescending. Which is ok if he's winning but he didn't really win anything, despite me paying him over $13,000. First there was a PCRA which was completely based on her statements and I lost that. Had to accept a settlement that on paper looks like all her allegations were sustained. Next there was a Criminal Contempt for Violating the PCRA, which I was factually innocent of, but Tom in his brilliance attempted to have me sign a plea agreement - stating, no fine no jail time, but when I read the actual agreement before signing it, woah I found there was 6 months of probation which he DID NOT disclose to me, instead he tried to have me sign a plea deal for which I was innocent of which would have resulted in 6 months of probation. I went as far as I could with that but having very basic and limited legal representation I plead no contest a few months later, and I still got a better deal than the one he had initially pushed me to sign, so I ended up with 3 months of probation instead of 6. Ehh Needless to say that left me very frustrated and disappointed, so while he was supposed to represent me on a much more severe felony charge, by that point I had lost all faith in his honesty and willingness to fight. So I had to hire another lawyer to represent me on that - never received a refund by the way either - but what's another $10k for a new lawyer right??? I would not recommend Tom Kelley as a criminal lawyer due to 1: rude and berating attitude (once a DA always a DA?) 2: pressuring me to sign a plea bargain without fully disclosing the ramifications of doing so 3: Unwillingness to actually fight any of these charges. He's a typical lawyer, seems like he was more interested in taking your money and getting you to sign a plea deal...

Words alone can not begin to explain how awesome, professional and down to earth Atty. Kelley as well as his paralegal Kathy are. The way I was treated not only as a client but also as an individual, speaks volumes to the type of person Atty. Kelley is. He was involved from start to finish, answering every and all questions I had and in a manner that was easily understandable. Not once did I ever worry about how things were proceeding, because I was made a ware of everything when Atty. Kelley was made aware. That fact alone put my mind at ease. And I can tell you from experience, it was much needed during that time. Wonderful experience. I had another lawyer handling my case prior to Mr.Kelley. I fired them. I'm glad I did. I have received nothing but awesome service and care. Every step he has answered my questions; patient and knowledgeable. Never acted like I was a bother. Always took his time. His experience speaks for its self. Gives him an upper hand on what is happening, will happen and could happen. Always made time for me when I had concerns and questions. Has been very hands on throughout this whole process from hearings, motions, modification requests, surpressions and everything in-between.
