We needed to go through a bankruptcy 3 years ago and found Ken on Google. He knew exactly what to do and walked us through each step, as far as even telling us the best place to park at the courthouse. It was stressful, but he was right there the whole time. I went through my first and hopefully my last bankruptcy last spring. I was referred to Ken by a friend who had used him in chapter 7 bankruptcy. I was going through divorce and child custody battle, and so I needed to look at all my financial options. What I liked most about Ken was that he never tried to push me toward bankruptcy. He never “sugar coated” any of the negative side filing BR. He was honest about the process and the time it would take for my credit to recover. He’s also very knowledgeable about financial matters in general and was open to questions that I had which fell outside the realm of the BR. For example, he gave me some great suggestions about how to better manage my one rental property that I planned to keep. Overall, Ken knows his job well and he’s reasonably priced. He’s honest and straightforward. I strongly recommend him.
