I love every single product I’ve purchased! My skin feels amazing!
Ugh. I should have known better. Be sure to do your research before purchasing. Perhaps it's right for you. It isn't for me. Products contain ingredients many of us have shunned for multiple years. Fragrance in a "dermatological-grade" product--really? And buyer beware--join "Perks" in order to get free shipping and discounted product--and the small print at the bottom of the screen ALSO AUTOMATICALLY SAVES YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO AND ENROLLS YOU IN EVERY-OTHER-MONTH AUTO-SHIP of whatever it is you've just ordered. You don't even receive a notification of the pending order to review or change it--you don't find out until the auto-ship has ALREADY TAKEN PLACE--too late to stop it. (Note: Email advising shipment was date-stamped at 2:42 a.m. this morning. Thank goodness I scan my email quickly each morning--AND have my credit card set up with immediate notifications to my phone any time it is used.) I have contacted Rodan & Fields IMMEDIATELY this morning to find out how in the world an order was "auto-placed"--and indeed, there is no way to stop the shipment. Good grief. How negative a buying experience can that create? Rodan & Fields has refunded my credit card after Googling their customer service phone number and navigating that process--but the product is on its way nonetheless--I'll have to be on the watch for it; will need to drive to my local FedEx Office to print out the label; take it to the USPS--and THEN can finally be done--for good. Have canceled my account. In my opinion, mostly a firm with extremely well-done hype and marketing. I can do better at Whole Foods with TRULY excellent products--or with multiple other lines. Good riddance, R&F!
Rodan and Fields is a pushy marketing firm. They get you to sign up and then they ship you things you don't need. They send a confimation a day before it ships but they don't tell you what they are shipping. When you call them to tell them they made a mistake. They say "Oh I am sorry it shipped". Call back when it come and will give you a label to return" Why don't they just send it immediately? Because they know in this busy world, that people most of the time won't do it. Very poor customor service and a scheme that ships monthly/bimonthly whether you want it or not! I am taking my business elsewhere. Ann Roemer San Jose
The best skin care I've used . I should have been using this skin care instead of paying thousands of money for someone to do it for me. Real easy to follow for consistency .
Love this company, their female founders & their products! Incredibly wonderful people. Amazing results!
