Mr Pilla and his staff were exceptional in their professionalism, attentiveness and abilities. During COVID, shutdowns and lack of responsiveness from the government he pushed on. Special mention goes out to Mimi for all the calls, texts and emails she took and sent to SSA and Mr. Pilla. We achieved our ultimate goal for approval for disability in far less time than we imagined. I HIGHLY recommend Ken Pilla and his staff for anyone needing assistance in this matter.

I do not recommend Kenneth J Pilla to represent you in any Social Security matters...also he did not file my , appeal in a timely manner !!!! So now I've lost two years of back payments & now I have to at start over my case from scratch, hopefully this time I can find a professional in this matter. My opinion is, find legal representation with experience or counsel that, in the end, Won't promise you the SUN but only gives clouds and GREY SKY'S!! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HIM!! Terrible experience, no contact whatsoever. And He forgot to file my appeal, causing me to lose 14 months of benefits !!!! And then tried to cover it up. But had no paperwork to back himself up.
