I had an excellent, terrific experience working with The Kabb Law Firm. They navigated me through the process and WERE SUCCESSFUL getting VA spousal benefits for my elderly mom. They were compassionate and very knowledgeable about the process. They knew which forms were necessary, and how to fill out those forms properly. They knew that certain items needed to be filled out a particular way. The average person will not know and understand all the nuances that are necessary. I am 100% sure that if I would have tried this on my own I would have been unsuccessful. They knew the ins and outs, the exceptions, the nuances, etc... They even had a hotline number to call in case we needed it, which we did not. Whenever I contacted The Kabb Law Firm, they got back to me promptly, and were very patient with the many questions I asked. I didn't just speak with the staff, I was able to speak with Rachel, the owner, as well. She truly cared about my personal situation and worked hard to get the best outcome for my mom. I had a good experience overall. I received a nice Life Care Plan binder that had all the legal documents and explanations I needed to take over my mother's medical and financial authority. I also wanted to get my mother on Medicaid, knowing that she would eventually need long term care for her dementia. If I had to do it on my own I would have never been able to complete the process. There are way too many regulations I needed to know, but with the Kabb firm, they did all the heavy lifting. The only issue I really had was that the process took longer than expected because of some personnel changes at the Kabb firm, but those are things we cannot control. I had to play the waiting game with other institutions who held my mother's finances 'hostage'. I had to constantly follow up so I could give the Kabb firm the information they needed. My mom had many different accounts and Kabb was able to help me close them and open the necessary ones that would help protect assets.

Working for the Kabb Law Firm is great. I get to work with a clientele base that i enjoy helping and working with and for. The gratitude i receive in obtaining benefits for our clients and their families is a bonus for me and making them happy is what makes my job worth having.
