The firm cares about families. My former wife left the state that we were living in and took my son from me against my will. Without David Merrit and his team, Lisa, Kyara and Kim, I wouldn’t have been able to find my son and fight for my rights to see him. I am very grateful for the legal services that they have provided.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Please do not waste your time or money with this corporation. They will take all your money and deliver no results. I had them for a year and was over promised and under delivered. Absolutely no communication i was over $10k in on a VERY simple case and was promised $3500 from the very beginning. Then they wanted another $4k after the $10k already spent to keep moving forward when absolutely nothing had been accomplished at that point. Then I get a letter in the mail they are withdrawing from my case. They took $10k done nothing and withdrew the case. I also spoke with the VP and he was very rude and just talk over me. They also swapped my lawyer in the middle of the case so we had to stop the case so she could catch up. I have 2 other associates that is currently going through the exact same situation with this company. Please do not waste your time or money. They are very incompetent and will not keep you well informed. I literally had to research my own questions and ask why we haven’t discussed it. To their response (We apologize I thought we talked about it) this happen on several occasions. The case went on for about a year so I swapped lawyers and wouldn’t you know it a fraction of the cost and half the time the case is resolved. Very incompetent. Very rude.They just want to get as much money from the client as possible. Please RUN RUN RUN!! You will not regret it! I have since talked to 3 other lawyer branches. ALL 3!! Have said they have had clients that come from Kenny Law and was just drained of money and no results. Please do not waste your time or money. It’s funny how all they have to say for their selves is the same message on every bad review. ???? This goes to show how lazy and incompetent every one at this firm is. Kenny Leigh him self is the worst of them all. Please do yourself a favor save your money this Firm is full of lies and crooks. I wouldn’t be surprised if they paid for the only 5 Star reviews they have.

Total rip off! Told my husband that it would be $1500 for a noncontested divorce and 30 days. 9 months later and $4500 and nothing final. Multiple attorney changes to the tune of $500 each time. Did not notify of hearing until the day before . Billing errors galore. Then never sent paperwork for Judge to sign when ordered by Judge to do so. 3 weeks later "my" attorney had to finish the job.

Overcharged and under performed. Men usually get screwed in family court already but with Kenny Leigh bring lube. opposing counsel would give them 5 stars

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR $100 for a consult! Even though Trinity was excellent on the phone (customer service), upon connection with Mr. Leigh, the experience was horrible. He only asked one question, did not try to counsel me about the situation, or even take time to hear or understand. He seemed like he was in a hurry, but at home with his barking dog in the background. As a firm specializing in helping men deal with the messed up system, they are just another obstacle in a hopeless beaurocracy. So two minutes, saying follow the divorce decree, $1000 dollars to complete a Quit Deed, with $5000 retainer for something else and boom done. Hope they really needed my $100. EDIT: Receive a message saying to call back and they would resolve this. How? I do not trust this lawyer, and sadly as a business you have one opportunity to make a client feel heard. I will never get close to this business again, and will not send another dime to them even if they are the last LAW FIRM IN FLORIDA! As a military veteran who has sacrificed a lot fighting bad people, I recommend all of you to do the same.
