I was referred to Pat Kershisnik through lawpoint for a free consultation offered through my job's employee assistance program. I recieved an email from a representative asking for a date/time to talk with Mr. Kershisnik. I replied back that I was available Friday, July 26th at 11:30 am for a phone consultation. After confirming the date and time they said that Pat would be calling me at that time. I did not recieve a call from Pat until 12:35pm, over an hour later. He left me a VM stating that he was scheduled to talk to me. I called him back about 10 minutes later and told him he was an hour late calling me, and instead of apologizing or explaining that maybe there was a scheduling error, he proceeded to get mad at me and told me I could find someone else to work with and hung up on me. I called him right back and started to tell him that I did not appreciate him hanging up on me and that he should not be treating potential clients that way. He then proceeded to start over talking me and telling me that if I didnt want his help then to find someone else and hung up on me a second time. At this point I had given up on calling him back but wanted to share my experience incase someone was looking to hire him. I am going through the worse time of my life with a divorce and custody looming over me and this is how Mr. Kershisnik treated me. I dont know if he was having a bad day or what, but I have never been treated so mispoorly by any company or organization such as Kershisnik Law, PLLC.

I don’t think it gets better than pat and his team! They handled my divorce, and now are handling my custody case. They always handle me with care. They make me feel like they truly care about me, and have an abundance of patience with me through the process when I ask an endless amount of questions to better understand the process. I’ve never once felt like they weren’t on my side. I have massive anxiety, so I’ll admit I call in probably more than necessary to ease my over-thinking brain, and they always calm my fears and anxiety. Edit 01/19/2024 Once again I had to go back to court and asked Patrick for his help and services. As always he, and his whole team were kind, attentive and patient with me. When I lost my job he didn’t give up on me, but offered me a payment plan and always remained understanding of my situation. Even now after the second case is closed the whole team remains kind and patient with me as well as willing to work with me, flexibly, with payments. Pat was professional to work with. You will get honesty from him He made me feel comfortable even in uncomfortable situations. Talking personal about divorce is not easy for me. Fran was available to answer any questions when Pat was in court. She is professional and compassionate. I found her easy to work with.
