Attorney Max is amazing. He kept me informed of every step and every outcome so I can be prepared. I hired Mr. Tung, paid the 2k retainer and understood after the retainer it would be $200 an hr. My case was assigned to a Mr. Blessum. Everything seemed well at first. I emailed Mr. Blessum a month before my first court date only to receive an email he no longer worked at the firm. Mr. Tung took over the case after I called asking what was going on. I was asking for rights to my daughter so we went to family court first but while in family court I did ask request a DNA test which through family court off the rails and made NY court upset at me. Mr. Tung did what I asked but never advised against my request for a DNA test and that I was shooting myself in the foot for asking. I had asked to go back to family court to see if I can get more time, since I was denied DNA testing Mr. Tung said okay. I had sent emails asking on the status and no reply finally I called he finally picked up. He said he would call me back and see if I had any money left in the retainer. He never called me back and when I called him back and left a voicemail I still haven't heard back. This firm has a huge lack of communication and possibly knowledge, others working for the firm when they would call me were very hard to understand. I remember at one point I had called Mr. Tung about an upcoming court date and from his questions and response it's as if he had forgot or didn't know.
I would like to say thank you to Max the attorney at this law firm thank you for everything. Thank you for making sure that us fathers are in good hands with Attorneys like you that are very passionate and dedicated to what the law is thank you. Max went above and beyond to guarantee that I will see my daughter more than what I Usually did.
