A true scammer, very very bad customer service. They do not care about the clients at all. And the paralegal handles all your documents very poorly. Mr. William Kiang’s wife, who is not allowed to give legal advice, interfered all the time and tried to give legal advice. I worked with them in 2018, and it was a horrible experience. Do not go to this place if you don’t want your money sucked up.

My whole family got green cards through EB-5 projects, it used to be one of most popular immigration programmes for foreign community. What I really like William Kiang(???)is that he is super picky about EB5 projects and make sure that his clients can get 100% green light. By far all his EB-5 projects located in Texas, and for the reason of great locations and reputable corporate developers.I picked the one with commercial real estate investment because it is related to my business.All my family members as beneficiaries got temporary green cards along with me at year 4 and got official ones after 21 months. It took a bit longer than what I expected, but everything is worthy!
