I can not rate this firm any higher than 1 star for the following reasons after our loan closing experience: •The paralegal’s customer service & communication skills were lackluster at best. •The partner attorney was unhelpful and uncooperative with our realtor prior to closing and really could not care to what our needs were at the time. •Most importantly, the firm had no capacity to encrypt or protect our personal information when emailing loan docs and sent them to parties that should not have been sent. Our personal information was emailed out unprotected. The paralegal advised they don’t have a way to encrypt emails. It’s 2019/20. We selected the firm on their physical presence in the town and referral from our realtor as a long-standing firm in West Jefferson. I can not recommend them.

The handled my closing on my home. I was living in FL, and they handled all the details up to my closing. They overnighted all necessary paperwork and allowed me to do my closing on my home from FL. Highly recommend them!

I haven't had the need for for an attorney for quite some time. I hear these folks are A-1 and will serve you well.
