Called to hire a lawyer for an HOA issue our family is having… The woman who answered the phone was very rude. She was upset she “didn’t even know what an HOA was” She continuously cut me off rudely and told me her time was very valuable. I thanked her for her time and let her know I would no longer be interested in working with her office.(Which then made her VERY condescending) Terrible experience. Very unprofessional.
Veronica Nicholson was an amazing attorney and basically made it where I barely had to leave my house other than to pay her to settle my custody issues with my daughter. She responds everyday, very quickly and took the time to actually help instead of just winging it like some lawyers I've had. Very professional and would recommend to anyone with custody issues. Thanks again Veronica! Big weight off my shoulders now:)
