Dont waste your time with this place, they don't care about your needs. I reached out to this office via email and phone for help from David Lane. It took them almost 2 months to get back to me. I spoke to someone about my situation and she said she would discuss my case with the attorney and get back to me. I still have yet to hear back from them. Shows me their lack of caring and professionalism. I am very disappointed in the way they handled things from the beginning. I have taken my money and my case elsewhere. Very dissapointed!!!

They said I had a case but didn't have time to take my case. Said they would give me referrals. Over 2 months later and they haven't returned a single call or given me any referrals. In my opinion this just shows that it is all about publicity and money and they don't care about justice but what you can do for them. Since my case wasn't high profile enough for them, they have no time to help me.

There are not enough good words to say about Killmer and Lane, and more specifically Darold Killmer. Such an unbelievably honest and caring lawyer - I didn't even know they made them this way. First, for those of you who wrote reviews that the firm did not respond to your calls, you are the lucky ones. I hired David Lane to defend me after I was the victim of unprovoked and extreme police violence. Mr. Lane told me to plead guilty to something I did not do, he failed to interview witnesses, he did nothing to gather evidence in my defense. He took my money and violated my constitutional right to not be betrayed by my own attorney. Later I learned he was simultaneously defending (in another matter) the same police department that assaulted me and my children. He chose his side and did not disclose his conflict of interest. Evil!!!
