I am writing this review to warn future clients about Kincaid and Associates. I went to Kincaid because I had a serious breach of contract issue with a local builder. I met with Ms. Nancy Guyton to review my case. I had an air tight case with contracts and strong support documents. I stressed with Ms. Guyton that we had to take immediate action with no delays. Ms. Guyton confirmed that my case was unbeatable and well documented. She also said she understood the need for acting immediately. Seven days passed and I heard nothing from Ms. Guyton. On the eighth day I got a voice mail from her telling me she was in Jacksonville working on another case. I fired Ms. Guyton that afternoon. The next day, I got a text from a mutual acquaintance questioning my actions with Kincaid and criticizing the content of some of our discussions. The only way the person could have known about these things is if Ms. Kincaid breached the attorney/client privilege. She admitted she had shared the information. I contacted my family attorney, and he immediately advised I file a complaint with the NC BAR Association. I did just that. If you want a client focused, competent law firm, Kincaid is not the one to use. All this group will do is to make your legal problems worse!

The firm is great. I highly recommend them. They are pure professionals....what more to say.
