Friendly, professional, convenient attorney's office in Pennington Gap with a low-key, pleasant atmosphere. This was my first visit to Kinser Law. I am Administrator for the estate of my partner who recently died. My partner has farm land in Virginia and was in the process of selling at the time of his death. Unfortunately, the transaction wasn't completed prior to his death. As the Executor of his estate, and with the help of Kinser Law, I was able to complete the sale to a buyer in November 2024. Law Assistant Toni was excellent arranging all the necessary details and paperwork needed to close the transaction. Kinser Law is very easy to locate. The office is located directly on the main highway (East Morgan) occupies a small structure that appears to have been residential at some point. Parking is available behind the office. I am very pleased with the efficiency of the closing process, making the experience stress free and pleasant.

Awful experience. Just needed to ask a certain question. Since this attorney doesnt handle this type of problem. They cannot help me. All i wanted was a question answered by an attorney.

Waited on me a little bit after hours to assist with time sensitive errand. Polite and professional secretary.
