Sent information to correct address the first time, made an error in address the second time which material was never received or returned to him. After it was brought to his attention mailed a rather large check to the incorrect address again and refused to stop payment. He said he would when it was returned…even though the other information he sent to the wrong address was never returned.

I called Donal Kirchner at this firm. He listened for a while as I explained my case, then rudely stated he couldn't help me and hung up. Arrogant pathetic. Avoid at all costs.
