Kirk Graves & Nugent

So far my experience working with both Gina Nugent and Jama Graves has been exceptional. They both seem ethical, fair, and knowledgeable.

I cannot express how much gratitude I have for Jama and Annette. I live in Australia and with COVID had no way of travelling to the US to handle all aspects of my Fathers estate. They were recommended to us through a mutual friend. From the first contact made through to the final communication these ladies have been professional, gone out of their way to make the settling of my father's estate as stress free as possible. From organising bank and investment accounts for settling, gardeners, antique dealers, cleaners, charities for donations, repairmen for home repairs, real estate agents, car dealer, packaging and posting personal items. No task was too much trouble. The support and compassion I received at a very upsetting time was above and beyond these ladies jobs. I recommend these ladies 100%. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

Wouldn't recommend Franklin Kirk for anything more complicated than contesting a parking ticket. He couldn't answer basic legal questions about rights when being questioned by detectives, he failed to complete requested tasks like substituting a judge, he claimed to have experience with cases similar to the case we hired him for but had a shocking lack of knowledge about the laws surrounding the case, and the worst part was he had no motivation whatsoever. He kept insisting on dragging the case out while making no effort or forward progress.

Best law office around you want excellent representation and sound advice this is the place I wouldn't hire anyone else!????????
