Do not hire this clown to represent you. He has dragged out a misdemeanor dui charge against me for almost 6 years. He is in bed with the judges in Yakima and Ellensburg. The most corrupt counties in all of wa state. He is dirty and he knows it.

So far, so good! James is super nice & worth paying rather than allowing a public pretender try to force you to agree with the prosecutor when something accidental happened. Waiting to see results & will update from there. Absolutely love his staff too! They are top notch! Always friendly & knowledgeable.

He never would return calls and he never showed up at my court date. Do not waste your money on this guy

Needing an attorney is never a pleasant experience, made worse by the extremely high cost. However, James Kirkham is the exception and not the rule. Not only is he effective, he got us a better deal than we thought possible. As far as value; he's worth EVERY PENNY. I can't believe I'd ever say that about an attorney but it's completely true. We not only got what we paid for, he exceeded our expectations. A 5-star rating all the way!!!
