Reviews

Klasko Immigration Law team has been extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole visa process. I never leave a review but they were so great that I had to leave a review! They always answered any questions or concerns within 1-2 business days and attentive to hear and solve challenges if I had any. They also gave informative and good immigration advice as well. Not just attentiveness but their professionalism and overall quality met beyond my expectation. My visa got approved in a short time and the whole process was stress free thanks to Klasko Immigration team!
Klasko team did fantastic job through out my Immigration Jouney. They were professional, responsive and supported me very well during visa renewals in past few years. Astrid Hooper was very helpful. She did follow up on timely manner and explained the process in depth. Thank you Astrid for your prompt replies, help and support!! Thank you, entire Klasko team for the great work and support!!
The process to apply for my Green Card was a lengthy and arduous one. Klasko worked with me through every step to ensure that proper documentation and review was completed every time. I sincerely appreciate all the help I got from them. I would like to make a special mention of Maria for helping me understand the process to expedite my application when I was planning to go to India to care for my family, which I fortunately did not have to do since my application got processed before I could do that; and of Astrid who helped me through the final stages when I got multiple RFEs for my 485. Thank you Klasko!
I do not recommend working with Klasko Immigration Law Partners. My experience is with EB5 application so if your home country's law firm partner with Klasko in regards to EB5 investments, DO NOT PROCEED. I had been working with Klasko through my lawyers at Vietnam Access America since 2017 and both of them are very unresponsive through email (usually take months to answer my question). Phone calls were never returned. Request for meetings were denied. Over the years, I had been asking multiple times for status updates and progress and so far no questions were answered thoroughly. Not sure if they even work at all on my case. Update: just checked my USCIS application status and nope, Klasko have not worked on my request submitted a month ago.
I worked with William Stock (Bill), Sean McEntee, and Zhi-Shui Hsu on my EB-2. The team was very knowledgeable and throughout the case, they took the time to address my concerns (no matter how trivial). I particularly liked how Bill laid out numerous paths to permanent residency and clearly laid out the risk factors so I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. Overall, I feel like the process was as stress-free as an immigration process could be. I would absolutely recommend Klasko to anybody looking to tackle a difficult immigration issue.
