We were nervous at first, however Russ was very professional and make us feel less anxious and help work with us to understand the various steps. There was a little bump but nothing crazy. This lawyer is scammer who is going to work with prosecutors not you. I had a motion to consolidate cases and he failed to respond, thus cases got consolidated which means if anybody accepts a plea it is going to affect everybody. He did not make a timely withdraw of the case and billed extra $500 for appearance as an attorney for a withdraw of my case, whereas in reality his assistant came over to sign off, her price is not $500. They accused me as fraud for the court record for charging the fees back, when in reality the money were just ASKED to be returned in email and appeared on bank statement as paid.
