I'm not the easiest man in the world to deal with. So far they've shown me how patient they can be. I've asked a lot of questions and have sent them many documents via text and app. Some of my questions haven't exactly been within the realm of my case, but after a short period of time, they still respond, and steer me in the right direction. Even after I think I've pushed a little too hard, they still respond to let me.know they have my back.

Unfortunately, as bad as I hate to write this but with big disappointment I’m going to. I hired the Klie team in a desperate time of help, willing to spend any amount of money to win with a lot of evidence and facts backing my case. From the time I hired them, the communication was poor. I had to follow up for appointments, wait hours for call/emails back and follow up several times in regards to where certain things stood. Always quick to respond anytime there was money involved or a contract needing signed. At the time of an important court date, one of the attorney’s at this office came unprepared and does not win the case and does not defend the client like suppose to. When asked why and asking for an explanation we were then told “she’s in a meeting” several times with no call back. After dismissing the case with Klie, we are still yet to receive our 5k back in retainers and we are on day 10.

From the moment i reached out to them till the moment we finished my issues, they were not only helpful but they explained everything. When I say I ask questions about everything I really do. I’d never been involved with anything like this before and not only did they explain everything they held my hand while we went thru all the ups and downs of this court case. No woman should be in the position I was in and I only hope every woman in WV who is goes to them for help. I can stand confident to know that they have our best interests at heart. My case lasted almost two years to get done and settled and they not only did it with grace but also with dignity. Then I had to make it difficult on them and moved back to Florida and it was like nothing had happened they still kept in constant communication providing me updates along the way the entire time. If I ever have anything like this come up they will always be my first choice to represent me. Thank you guys for all the hard work and dedication that you have given me.
