Melissa Dugan mislead me on a lot of things and took advantage of my lack of knowledge with the legal system. Many times she did not fully read and answer my emails. It was like she only skimmed them and then I would have to email again with the same questions. She charged me for calculating child support that we’re not correct. She literally did nothing to help me and charged me over $3000. She knew I was a stay at home mom for ten years and did not have money to waste. She didn’t care and when I called her out on not reading my emails and charging for all of this, she said we weren’t a good fit and removed herself from my case. Ofcourse kept the money I paid to her even though she literally did nothing that I asked of her. She took advantage of my ignorance with how the laws work. She is terrible at her job and stole money from me and my children. Please do not hire her, I pray she doesn’t do to anyone else that she did to my family. It’s really so very sad and pathetic for what she did.
