Knapp Law Office

I got pulled over in Decatur, TX on my way home from visiting family in Texas for the holidays. I was doing 83 in a 55. I didn't see the speed limit drop from 75 to 55, so that was my fault. Once I got the ticket, the first thing I did was search for a local lawyer to help me out. I found the Knapp Law Office after checking reviews of lawyers around the area. My fine would have been $250+ as well as having to go to driver safety school. I hired the Knapp Law Office for a reasonable fee, and they secured a deferral for me, with no points, no record, and no school and had the fine lowered to more than half of the ticket price. Including their fee, I still saved money on the ticket by hiring them and now it's off my record. I'm in the middle of getting my CDL so keeping this off my record was very, very important! Judy, the Head Paralegal that I did everything through via phone and email, was an absolute sweetheart and a dream to work with. I hope I never get pulled over in their area again, but if I do they'll be the first call I make!

Best lawyer out there no question. He knows what he's doing and gets it done, what stood out to me was the staff. I could tell they there not just in it for the money but they actually care about your case and getting it handled the right way. sadly I've encountered many lawyers out there that promise the world and then you swipe your card and your just a number on a folder. Not the case here, My case took longer than usual because Mr. Knapp wouldn't let the "Justice System" take advantage of me. I received a speeding ticket and retained the Knapp Law Office to represent me. In short, Mr Knapp and his professional staff exceeded my expectations. Not only did they secure a Deferral, they also secured a reduced penalty and a very short probation period that is limited to the municipality that issued the ticket (as opposed to the entire state). The fee to retain Mr. Knapp along with the reduced penalty was less than what it would have cost to simply pay the ticket. I hope I don't need to hire Mr. Knapp again, but if I do, the Knapp Law Office will be my first and only call.
