Knutson & Associates

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is on the end corner of property so it’s very quiet. The condo itself is comfortable and homey. The beds are comfortable. We really liked that it had a new washer and dryer as well as air conditioning. The condo is well equipped with kitchen items as well as anything you may need while on vacation. But the show stopper is the view. It’s a first floor end corner unit with beautiful views of ocean waves and incredible sunsets. The management company was very attentive and answered any questions we had almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo worked great for our family of 5. We flew in late but still immediately walked out on the lanai to see the view. Even in the dark it was amazing. Then to wake up in the morning, it was even more spectacular, and we all spent our mornings out on the lanai. The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed many meals here, including our Thanksgiving dinner. It was super convenient to have laundry machines in the condo, and we really appreciated the AC as well. We enjoyed times at both pools and liked laying out at the little sand beach on the property. The location was great and was close to downtown, which worked really great for us with our many, many trips to coffee shops and restaurants. We loved our time here and would definitely return to this condo if staying in Kona again. Also, Knutson and Associates were incredibly accommodating, responsive and very easy to get ahold of. So easy to work with and incredibly friendly.

The Kona Mansions 301-A unit worked great for us. Short walk to shops and restaurants by the sea wall. Nice view of the ocean and anchored cruise ships from the window. Small beach 5 minutes away. Location was a great home base which allowed us to go on hikes all over the island. The unit is very clean and reasonably priced compared to similar rentals in the area. Knutson & Associates was great to work with.

Amazing property! We had a great view of the ocean and slept every night listening to the surf. Condo had everything we needed. Beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, basic kitchen supplies, and beach towels. Very clean and a super comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend.

The management team at Knutson & Associates has been fantastic prior to us arriving in Kona until the end of our stay. They have kept on top of the communication, have checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and the stay was going well, and even arranged for us to stay later very last minute. Their rental properties are well stocked, clean, with great locations, and really make you feel like you are home away from home. I travel to the island frequently and have used other rental agencies, but nothing has compared to Knutson & Associates. Will definitely be booking with them for all my future trips. Just look at this view from our condo; definitely an enjoyable sight to wake up to every morning!
