Attorney Koch is professional personable has a sense of humor. He’s clear and concise in providing information on a level that can be easily understood. His fees are reasonable and he is willing to work with you offering a payment plan. His staff is professional and attentive. Highly recommended. Please do not hire Koch and his team. They do not advocate for their clients especially if you are a landlord. He made me pay my tenant $1,000 for them to leave my properties on top of that pay him and his associates and court fees, lost rents....A disaster. This is predatory behavior preying on innocent clients. Learn from my experience.
