If you've been in a car accident, STAY AWAY from this law firm. I've had my case dragged out for 4 years now, and still haven't received a settlement. Not once have I spoken to Matt himself, his assistant attorney Denise handled all the details of my case, but she has since left the company, so they had my case passed to someone new. I can't even tell you the name of this person. This office does not reach out to you to provide any further details about your case. They are terrible at reaching back to me, she doesn't send me emails when she says so. I have to spam call this office just to get through to them, and if I do ever get through to them, I'm placed on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes.
I don't typically write reviews on here, but I felt that Matt Koohanim deserved to be given the recognition he deserved. Everyone I interacted with at Koohanim Law Firm was professional since day one. My case took about two years and Matt was there every step of the way. He is very knowledgable in his practice and communicated very well with me. In the end my case was dismissed! No complaints here! Thank you Matt.
I have called this lawyer twice since my case settled and both times they never got back to me, it seems like once they got their money, they didn't care. I needed another appearance because I had to check into a rehab so I didn't get my sentences done in time. In fear of going to jail I paid another lawyer to defend me.
