After the accident we had about 5 months ago.I decided to work with this lawyer on the reference of a friend,in the beginning they were interested in the first day,then everything was a complete nightmare ,I’m still waiting for a simple hit and run case .a month later ,they told me that the fee for the X-ray shoot had just arrived,why did I hire you to speed things up anyway?I had a case like this before and the payment took place within a week of my treatment,definitely STAY AWAY,they are very,very uninterested….

The only attorney I trust in town. I hired them 8 years ago and they still remember my birthday. Unfortunately, I find myself in a new situation seeking representation outside of Kottler & Kottler's practice. What I can say is, at the time of this review, I haven't interviewed an attorney with the level of customer service, ethics or empathy as these guys. Kottler & Kottler established a standard that none other have yet to peak. Kottler & Kottler are not the modern "Quick Settle" pseudo attorney's of today. You may want go somewhere else or ask for a referral to another attorney. My case lasted almost two years. If you are looking for proper representation, a team to stand up for you and deliver as promised above and beyond, then rest assured, these are the professionals to hire.

I have known Mr. Douglas for 20 years ever since he became my personal lawyer due to the fact that him and his team fight. and sick for the best end result for their clients. I have refered friends and family members and their experience has been professional honest and friendly just like when I first met Mr. Douglas and his dad 20 years ago. Do mot change and continue offering the best legal assistance in town.

Horrible service. Was represented by then for close to a year and they had done nothing and I lost and waisted almost a year of my life with them! Maybe once they were good. Now they only sent me to one doctor who was just awful! If your looking for integrity and honesty, then don't hire Kottler and Kottler! They waisted so much of my life and time, I just hope I have the time to hire another lawyer!!!! This is the first review I have written on Net. But I feel I should warn people! Rebecca Lee
